My Background
Jenna Stang/Registered Provisional Psychologist
Hi there, I'm Jenna Stang - I have been working in the Lloydminster community as a mental health therapist since 2019. I have specialized in working with youth and adults struggling with a wide range of mental health and addiction concerns.
Meeting clients with acceptance, compassion and empathy is an aspect of therapy that I view as essential and these concepts are core components of my practice. Once the foundational pieces of a trusting, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship are in place, clients are then able to achieve the growth, change and healing that they desire.
I am currently accepting youth clients (12+) as well as adults and dealing with issues including depression, anxiety, substance use and process addictions, trauma, victims of crime, childhood trauma and neglect, suicidal ideation, self-harm behavior, inner child work and healing, emotional regulation and anger management.
If you are looking for support with a concern that I did not mention, please reach out and we can discuss if I can support you. If I am not able to support, I may have referral options that would be beneficial.
